Our Team

For Us, Collaboration is How Great Ideas Bloom!

Thank you for your interest in Gardens by Lynn and our amazing team. Yes, we take our jobs seriously. But I want to give you a glimpse into our goofy sides too! We love to have fun…it lightens the burden of hot, heavy, and dirty work. It also creates memorable experiences. Fun also has a very direct business purpose…..it decreases burnout, increases collaboration and improves employee satisfaction. We believe that teams that laugh together feel comfortable together, and this creates the perfect environment for creativity to thrive…….it’s just how we roll!   ~ Lynn.
